OCVS offers Face to Face Student Work Days where students can meet with teachers by subject area, as well as interact with other OCVS students.
This is a great opportunity to work 1:1 or in small groups with teachers, catch up on coursework or work ahead, and meet new friends who are also virtual students!
Procedure:
9am - Parent/Guardian will drop off student in Main Office & sign in
Staff will walk student to the proper classroom
3pm - Parent/Guardian pick up student in Main Office & sign out
If a student needs to leave early for any reason, please make sure to let the office staff know when you arrive so the teacher can be informed and plan accordingly.
What students need to bring:
Laptop
Course pace chart /Course notebook or binder
Pen / Highlighters
Bagged lunch or $3 to purchase lunch (Free & Reduced lunch honored as well)
Unless specifically notified, attendance at these work sessions are not mandatory. Mandatory Student Work Days are scheduled periodically, and attendance is required if notified to attend by Guidance.
