Zundra Aubrey (FTE Administrator/State Reporting Administrator)
Dr. Zundra Aubrey is the Administrator for FTE and State Reporting, Virtual Education. Dr. Aubrey has been an educator for more than twenty years and has served as an instructor, school administrator and district leader. As a Language Arts and Speech classroom, she taught middle and high school students. Prior to becoming an assistant principal, Dr. Aubrey served as a Standards Coach and model teacher. She piloted standards-based instructional designs for the National Center on Education and Economy (NCEE) and was named in 2001Teacher of the Year. In 2003, Dr. Aubrey became an assistant principal and later was named a Vice-Principal. After relocating to Central Florida, Dr. Aubrey served as an Assistant Principal in Seminole County and later an Assistant Principal, Principal and Director in Osceola County. As a School Principal, she piloted the first gender-based STEM program for at-risk girls in the county. A Title-I school serving over four hundred homeless students, her school maintained an “A” rating. After, spending time home with her youngest child Dr. Aubrey came to Orange County as a classroom instructor and then to the virtual school as Administrator for FTE and State Reporting. Prior to becoming an educator, she enjoyed a professional track and field career which earned her Hall of Fame honors and U.S. and World Championship titles. Dr. Aubrey is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and traveling. Her educational philosophy is every child deserves an education that is custom-tailored to meet his or her needs.

Brandi Gurley
 (Principal)
Mrs. Gurley is a passionate administrator who is always focused on what is in the best interest of her students. She earned both her B.S. degree in Elementary Education and her Master's degree in Counseling from Florida A&M University while attending on a volleyball scholarship. She later furthered her education and earned a Specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University.  Her start in the field of education was as an Elementary Teacher. Over time, she advanced to a Guidance Counselor, Academic Dean, District Magnet Coordinator for School Choice, and then an Administrator when she opened Orange County Virtual School (OCVS) in 2010.  Since its inception, Mrs. Gurley has managed the significant changes, innovations, and rapid growth of the school. It is now the largest District Virtual School in the State of Florida. She is happily married and has one son who keeps her busy with swimming and other sports. Mrs. Gurley is very active in her church and the community. She enjoys the watching and playing sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Amy Lerman 
(Assistant Principal)
Ms. Lerman attended Valencia Community College after moving from Boston with her family. She earned her A.S. degree in Management and Marketing from Valencia 1992. In addition, she earned several degrees from the University of Central Florida including a B.A. degree in Psychology in 1994, her M.A. degree in Elementary Education in 2004, and her Ed. S degree in Educational Leadership in 2006. She started teaching in Orange County in 2001 at Mollie Ray Elementary where she had taught 3rd grade, 4th grade, and was a Curriculum Resource Teacher. She opened Castle Creek Elementary as a Curriculum Resource Teacher and she spent six years there until moving to Keene's Crossing Elementary as Assistant Principal in 2012. Ms. Lerman has been the Assistant Principal at Orange County Virtual School since June of 2017. 

Tonja Sparks
 (Academic Dean)
Ms. Sparks earned her Master’s in Business Administration in 1987 from the Florida State University and her certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida in 2007. She began her teaching career in Orange County in 1999, worked as an Instructional Leader with Florida Virtual School and has worked with Orange County Virtual School since 2014. Ms. Sparks has two grown daughters, Jasmine and Ciara, and a 17-year-old Shih Tzu, Trix. She enjoys watching college football, reading, and traveling.
